Our founders, Ibu Anggi Cahyani and Mrs Charlotte Goh, were excited to accompany Remon and Dewi on their first-ever trip beyond Bali to Jakarta. As a city with economic importance and cultural diversity, Jakarta was the perfect place to inspire these young minds.

The kids were thrilled as they boarded an airplane for the very first time. Dewi couldn’t take her eyes off the clouds outside the window, while Ramon was fascinated by how the plane worked.

They began with a visit to the Old Town, where the group explored the rich heritage & history. They also visited the Moja Museum, where young local artists wowed them with their quirky and colorful works. The most inspiring part was the visit to Tokopedia headquarters, where they saw the positive impact of digital technology on Indonesia’s economy, hearing from entrepreneurs who sparked innovation inspired them all!

Encouraging Dewi and Ramon to explore Jakarta independently was a pivotal moment. They fearlessly ventured to Sea World Jakarta, making our founders immensely proud of their confidence. After that, they had a special dinner at Namaz Restaurant which was especially memorable for Ramon, who aspires to be a chef. This journey taught them that they can dream big and achieve anything with courage, confidence, and persistence.
